“I'm Jamie and one of my favorite things to do is ride my bike. I started biking on the Kettle Moraine trails in southeastern Wisconsin and have now progressed to multi-day bikepacking endeavors. I found a passion for bikepacking and high alpine riding when I did the Colorado Trail which coincidentally was the first time I visited Durango. I liked it so much that last year I moved to Durango and joined the Flight for Life team. It has been a great opportunity to work as a flight nurse in such a outdoor oriented community. That being said, TeamEMS's mission speaks to me because it is a great combination of my passions. I am excited to be able to use both skill sets to help others while enjoying the competition and camaraderie of the sport.”
